Hi Level Fashion (HLF) was established nearly three decades ago with its first-ever retail boutique opening in toledo, ohio in 1999. Today, HLF is proud to offer nearly two dozen masterfully curated premium retail boutiques across the united states.

Two lifelong friends unlock the front door before stepping behind the counter for their first day of work in 1999 and so the story begins; Hi Level Fashion is born.
