RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

How long do I have to exchange MY ITEM?

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item or return it for Store Credit to be used online & in-store at participating Hi Level locations. This excludes intimate items such as underwear, socks, etc. which can not be exchanged or returned once purchased.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Item must have original receipt or online order confirmation.
What other details do I need to know about Hi Level Fashion’s Online Exchange Policy? 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hi Level Fashion E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
Reserved Rights regarding exchange

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. Fragrances may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the HI LEVEL FASHION invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as HI LEVEL FASHION cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

All returns must be sent to our Returns Department.
